Evolved Carrot’s visual identity beyond a recent agency refresh, bringing warmth and humanity to a clinically credible brand. The work centered real member stories and transformed a dark, minimal system into one that felt emotionally resonant across customer and B2B touchpoints. My team worked across nearly every brand touchpoint — from sales and event collateral to video, a long-form thought leadership magazine, and a full refresh of the marketing website
To bring the brand to life, we produced a series of video and photo shoots featuring real members, customers, and Carrot’s medical experts. The work paired human stories with product visuals and in-home footage to bring the platform to life and reinforce clinical credibility through real, relatable experiences.
